Our new factory facility was completed in December 2025, and full-scale production began in April 2026.
Although the new facility has only recently started operations, our team has more than 10 years of experience in the hair products industry and a well-established in-house manufacturing system. We are not newcomers to the industry. - About the Product
Machine Remy hair is made from collected human hair that is mechanically processed to align the cuticles in the same direction. However, mechanical processing generally cannot achieve perfect cuticle alignment, and approximately 90% of the hair may have its cuticles aligned in the same direction.
Non-Remy human hair is collected from multiple sources, so the roots and ends are not necessarily aligned in the same direction. Non-Remy hair may be sold in its original state or processed into finished hair products.
The main differences are the texture, appearance, and overall quality of the hair. Human hair extensions generally provide a more natural look and feel, while synthetic hair tends to have a stronger shine and a more noticeable fiber-like texture.
One traditional method is the burn test. When a strand of 100% human hair is burned, it typically produces an odor similar to burnt natural hair, and the remaining ash can usually be crushed into powder. Synthetic fibers generally produce a plastic-like odor and may leave hardened or clumped residue after burning.
Yes. Different types of hair extensions are available, each with its own advantages. Weft extensions, for example, can be installed without heat or adhesive and may be particularly suitable for thick or coarse hair. We recommend consulting a professional hairstylist to determine the most appropriate extension method for your hair type and desired result.
Human hair extensions can generally provide a long service life. However, because the hair is no longer naturally nourished by the scalp, its lifespan depends significantly on how it is worn, maintained, and cared for. As a general reference, we recommend an expected lifespan of approximately 4–6 months. Premium-quality hair can sometimes last for one year or even longer with proper care.
The required quantity depends on the density of your natural hair and the result you want to achieve. We recommend consulting a professional hairstylist for a personalized extension plan. In general, achieving additional length and volume may require more extensions. The key is to select an appropriate quantity that blends naturally with your own hair and creates the desired fullness.
We strongly recommend using a moisturizing conditioner that is free from sulfates and alcohol before and after washing. In some cases, you may use conditioner to cleanse the extensions without shampooing. Always handle the hair gently during washing and avoid vigorous rubbing. Treat your extensions with the same care you would give your natural hair.
Unlike natural hair, extensions do not receive natural oils from the scalp, so they do not need to be washed as frequently. In general, less frequent washing can help extend their lifespan. We recommend washing them when there is significant buildup of styling products or when the hair becomes difficult to style. As a general guideline, the extensions may be washed approximately once every 30 wears or once a month, depending on usage and product buildup.

Samples are important when evaluating a new supplier, so we welcome sample orders with a minimum quantity starting from one bundle. We also understand that accurately selecting a hair color from a screen can be difficult because colors may vary slightly between different displays.
You can therefore order a sample color ring to evaluate the colors in person. The sample strands are carefully dyed to match the colors used across our product range, helping you select the most suitable shade before placing a larger order.
